1. Who we are

Zentask ("we", "us") sells digital planners, printables and spreadsheet templates at zentask.us. Zentask is run by Marco Del Greco. By buying from or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

Our products are digital files: nothing is shipped. Each product page describes what's included, the file formats and the apps it works with. After checkout you can download your files from the order confirmation email and your order page.

3. Your licence

When you buy a product, you get a personal licence to use it. You may:

use the files for yourself, on your own devices
print them as many times as you like for your own use

You may not:

share, resell, give away or upload the files (or edited versions of them) anywhere others can get them
use them in products or services you sell
remove our name or copyright notices

The files stay the property of Zentask, and we keep all rights not given to you here.

4. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, taxes such as sales tax, VAT or GST may be added at checkout, and your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already placed.

5. Downloads

Download your files soon after buying and keep a copy. Downloads may be limited to a set number of times per file. If you have trouble downloading, contact us and we'll help.

6. Refunds

Because the files are delivered instantly, all sales are final, except as described in our refund policy. If something's wrong with a file, we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

7. Not professional advice

Our planners, budgets, trackers and wellness pages are tools to help you organise your own plans. They aren't financial, tax, legal, medical or academic advice. Check with a qualified professional before making important decisions.

8. Using the website

Don't misuse the website: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no using it for anything illegal.

9. Liability

We work hard to make sure our files are accurate and work as described, but we provide them "as is". To the extent the law allows, Zentask isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
