Refund policy

Digital downloads, so all sales are final

Zentask sells digital files: PDFs, spreadsheets, documents and image files. They're delivered instantly and can't be returned, so we don't offer refunds if you change your mind after buying.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

Write to us within 30 days of your purchase if:

• a file won't download or open
• a file is damaged or has missing pages
• what you received doesn't match the product description
• you were charged twice for the same order

We'll fix the problem or send you a replacement file. We do NOT accept refunds at this current time.

How to reach us

Email hello@zentask.us with your order number and a short note about the problem. A screenshot helps. We usually reply within 2 business days.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
